This decorative piece is formed from a smooth, white stoneware. It is thrown on the potter’s wheel for balanced form. The inside is glazed in a thin, translucent but creamy, white. The surface is intentionally eroded by hand, creating a rock-like texture that suggests a form shaped by time rather than ornament. Beautiful as a quiet sculptural accent on a shelf, bedside, or desk.
The Lumen collection is a study of light and presence, exploring vessels and objects designed to interact with illumination. Inspired by the artist’s childhood memories of sunlight and the subtle ways light dances across surfaces. Each piece — from candle vessels to lamps and chandeliers — transforms space, inviting contemplation and the quiet unfolding of light.
